TIMOTHY WILSON

Timothy Wilson uncovers the past life (and present) of a historic homestead in rural Maine. Follow along as art imitates life—imitates art—in a compelling photographic study of darkness, light, and the beguiling inbetween.

Timothy Wilson, born and raised in rural Maine, attended the Rhode Island School of Design. After working briefly in the design field, he returned to coastal Maine to pursue a career in painting. Today his work is sold internationally and shown at Steven Amedee in New York City, NOH/WAVE in Los Angeles, Sloane Merrill Gallery in Boston, and Corey Daniels Gallery in Wells, Maine.

His affinity for deserted structures and place stem from a desire to reach balance from the immersion of contemporary technologies.
